Nike Kids Shoes Show Wear and Tear in Just One Month

I purchased a pair of Nike shoes for my daughter about a month or a month and a half ago. Within just one month, the shoes started showing noticeable wear on the outside. I took them back to the store, and after waiting for two and a half weeks, I finally got a response. They verbally and in writing claimed the issue wasn’t their fault. This explanation doesn’t seem convincing to me at all. It's shocking that a brand like Nike would produce shoes that wear out so quickly. I paid ₺5,000 for these shoes, and I don’t pick up money from the streets. I expect Nike to take responsibility and address this issue.
