Nike Air Max DN (GS) Upper Part Damaged After 5 Weeks, Exchange Denied

I bought a pair of Nike Air Max DN (GS) sneakers for my son from the Nike store at Akbatı Mall. After only 5 weeks, the upper parts of the shoes started to fall apart. The shoes were only used for walking to and from school across the street. My son doesn’t even play outside in them, and he takes them off immediately after coming home. In other words, the shoes were used very lightly and carefully.

When the problem appeared, we returned to the Nike Akbatı Mall store with our invoice (No: ae 12025000003916). The shoes were taken in for inspection, but after about one month and ten days, we were informed that our exchange request had been denied. However, the product is still under warranty, and it was used under completely normal conditions. Up until now, I have never had any complaints with any other store or Nike product.

We paid 5,699.90₺ for these shoes, and I cannot accept that such a problem would occur in such a short time. I demand that my product be exchanged.
