Defective Nike Air Max DN (GS) Sneakers


The upper parts of the Air Max DN (GS) model sneakers I bought for my son tore apart only 5 weeks after purchase. The shoes were used only for walking to and from the school across from our house; my son doesn’t even play outside in them, and he takes them off immediately when he gets home. In other words, the shoes were used much less and more carefully than normal. When the problem appeared, we applied to the Nike store with our invoice (No: AE12025000003916). The shoes were taken in for inspection, but about a month and ten days later we were informed that our request for a replacement was denied. However, the product is under warranty and was used under completely normal conditions. I have never had any complaints about any other store or Nike product until now. We paid 5,699.90₺ for these shoes, and I cannot accept such a problem in such a short time. I am requesting a replacement for my product.
