Nike Air Max Sole Worn And Seams Opened After 2 Months Of Use
In August 2025, I purchased a pair of Nike Air Max sneakers through Nike’s official website with order number nk-45873291. After about 2 months of regular use, the sole began to wear down quickly and developed a deformation that caused discomfort while walking. In addition, the side stitching of the shoes started to come apart, showing clear quality issues.
After experiencing these problems, I contacted Nike customer service. However, I only received automatic replies and standard instructions, without any clear solution or approval for an exchange. I received the product at my address in Kadıköy, Istanbul, and at the time of purchase, I was told it was covered by a 2-year warranty.
My expectation from Nike is that my shoes be replaced free of charge or, if possible, refunded. I also request that product quality checks be carried out more carefully to prevent such issues from happening again.
