My Nike Soccer Cleats Showed Damage After Few Uses, Denied Exchange or Refund

I purchased Nike soccer cleats from your store, but despite only using them a few times, the sole began tearing and detaching significantly. I returned the product for inspection, only to be told that there were no defects, and the cleats were sent back to me.

This level of damage in such a short time clearly indicates a quality issue. I followed proper usage guidelines, and I strongly believe my usage frequency and conditions could not have caused such rapid wear and tear. This situation has caused both financial and emotional frustration.

I have attached photos and documentation from the inspection to support my claim. I am requesting either a replacement product or a full refund. If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will be filing a formal complaint with the Consumer Arbitration Committee. I expect your assistance in addressing this matter urgently.
