Nike Shoes Torn and Damaged in 27 Days – Exchange Request Denied
Hello, I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers from the Capacity Nike store on September 6, 2024. Within just 27 days, the shoes developed a large tear, cracks, and visible wear in the lining. I submitted them for an exchange due to these issues, but after inspection, Nike rejected my request, simply saying, “Collect your product.” It’s shocking that such deterioration occurred with a brand as reputable as Nike in less than a month, while even cheaper shoes would hold up longer. I absolutely do not accept this decision and am requesting that my complaint be conveyed to the company. I’m prepared to escalate this to the Consumer Court if necessary. Nike, please take responsibility and address this issue fairly.
