Nike Soccer Cleats Damaged in 5 Days—Company Denies Responsibility
I purchased a pair of Nike soccer cleats, expecting high quality from such a well-known brand. However, just five days after purchase, one of the cleat studs broke. Given the premium price I paid, I assumed I was investing in durability and performance, but instead, the cleats failed almost immediately.
I sent them for inspection, but Nike rejected my claim, stating that there was no defect. How is this possible? A cleat breaking after just a few uses is clearly a product flaw, yet the company refuses to stand behind its product.
I am extremely disappointed and demand that Nike take responsibility. This is not what I expected from a brand that promotes quality and reliability. I want a replacement or a fair resolution immediately!
