I purchased a pair of Nike soccer cleats, expecting high quality from such a well-known brand. However, just five days after purchase, one of the cleat studs broke. I sent them for inspection, but Nike rejected my claim, stating that there was no defect. How is this possible? A cleat breaking after just a few uses is clearly a product flaw, yet the company refuses to stand behind its product.
