My Nike Defy All Day Sneakers Make Loud Noise When Walking

I ordered a pair of white Nike Defy All Day sneakers directly from Nike’s official website. While the shoes are comfortable in terms of fit, they produce an excessively loud squeaking or creaking sound every time I walk. The noise is distracting, constant, and makes it nearly impossible to wear them in quiet environments like the office or indoors.

This issue became noticeable immediately after the first wear, and nothing I’ve tried has resolved it. I still have the original box and packaging, and I’m requesting an exchange as soon as possible. I’ve worn many Nike shoes before, but I’ve never experienced something like this.

Nike, please acknowledge that this kind of audible defect in a brand-new shoe is not normal, especially from a globally recognized company.
