I Heard Squeaking from My Nike FD6033-002 After 2 Months and Got Blamed for It

I purchased a pair of Nike FD6033-002 sneakers from the Intersport store at Piazza Mall on December 25, 2024. Less than two months into wearing them, they started making an annoying squeaking sound while I walked. Since they were still under warranty, I brought them back to the store to have them inspected. After waiting a full week, I was shocked to be told that the noise issue was due to “user error” and that the shoes would not be repaired or replaced.
I have no idea how I could have worn them in a way that would cause this kind of defect. I walk like any normal person and take good care of my shoes. I didn’t misuse them or expose them to extreme conditions. Nike is a brand I trusted, but this experience has left me disappointed and frustrated. If a shoe can’t hold up for even two months of light wear, something is clearly wrong with the product—not the customer. I demand that Nike and Intersport take responsibility for this defect and offer a replacement or repair. I won’t let this go unresolved.
