Nike Sneakers’ Sole Squeaking Loudly After 3 Months – Warranty Claim Denied
I purchased a pair of Nike sneakers from Etichet and was initially satisfied with the product. However, just three months after purchase, the sole began making an annoying squeaking noise that caused significant discomfort while walking. I returned the shoes to the store, where the staff were kind enough to send them to Nike Türkiye for inspection.
A month later, I was shocked to receive the sneakers back with the claim rejected, citing “user error.” How can a sole defect resulting in noise be attributed to user error? Nike is clearly failing to stand behind their product. I demand a thorough reassessment of my claim and an immediate resolution to this issue.
