I purchased a pair of athletic shoes from the Nike store at TerraCity Antalya in January 2024, and within less than a month, the sole of the left shoe snapped. I returned the product to the store, and it was sent for inspection. After about a month, the product was returned to me, stating that no manufacturing defect was found, and I was handed back the broken shoe. Why should we pay ₺3599 for shoes from Nike when we could buy from any store for ₺1000 and expect quality? Athletic shoes are meant for running and exercising, but I only use them for casual wear. If my issue isn't resolved, I'll file a complaint with Consumer Rights. My ₺3599 investment turned into trash within a month. The shoes also make a squeaking noise when walking.
