Nike Air Jordan Stitching Defect Not Covered Under Warranty
I bought my Nike Air Jordan shoes from a nearby store on July 28, 2023. I was really disappointed when the shoes started hurting my feet because there was a problem with the stitching on the inside. At first, I thought it needed to be worn in because it was new, but when I looked closer, I found a noticeable sewing mistake. Even though these shoes are uncomfortable for me to wear, I also noticed a problem with a hole in the front.
I quickly sent them for inspection, and I even put tape on the flaw so it would be easy to spot. But the inspection team didn't even bother to remove the tape and said there was nothing wrong. It's obvious that if they don't thoroughly check, they won't find any problems.
When I reached out to Nike customer service, they suggested sending the shoes again for further evaluation. If they keep ignoring problems during inspections, sending them again won't change anything. Let's try again, maybe this time they'll actually remember what their brand stands for.
