Nike Air Jordan for Kids Damaged After 3 Months – Warranty Denied
I bought a pair of Nike Air Jordan sneakers for my 10-year-old daughter from a Nike store. She only wore them to school, and even then, she was mostly in the car. After just three months of light use, the front of the shoes tore apart.
When I reported the issue to Nike, they rejected my claim, stating it was due to "user error." I cannot understand why such a major brand refuses to take responsibility for a product that clearly didn’t meet quality expectations. A pair of sneakers from a brand like Nike should last much longer than three months.
I am extremely disappointed and will never purchase Nike Air Jordans again. If this matter isn’t resolved, I plan to escalate my complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Board. Please address this issue and stand behind your product quality.
