New Holland Agriculture Unfulfilled Promises and Rising Prices

I bought a Precision Seeder from Gürioek Automotive in Amasya, which is an authorized New Holland Agriculture dealer. They promised to give me 5,000 TL worth of OPET fuel as a gift, but I haven't gotten it yet. This makes me feel like I was cheated, especially since diesel prices have gone up from about 22 TL to 35 TL, which means I will get a lot less fuel. Who will make up for this loss, or should I think about buying something else? Also, it's been more than 4 months since I asked about the New Holland TT 475 tractor, which was first priced at 830,000 TL. Surprisingly, the list price has now reached 1,090,000 TL, and the dealership is even asking for 1,250,000 TL. What's going on in this field, and what do you want people to do? It's really a letdown!
