Opel Crossland Delivery with Reduced Special Tax Postponed

On November 15, 2023, we purchased an Opel Crossland with the reduced Special Consumption Tax (OTV) from the Opel ABC dealership in Ankara. The invoice was issued on November 16, 2023. The sales consultant assured us that the car would be delivered within two weeks, but it's been 40 days, and the car is nowhere in sight. When we contacted Opel customer service, they claimed the car was dispatched on December 18, 2023, and would be delivered to the dealership within 3-7 business days. However, when I visited the dealership on November 22, 2023, they had no clue about the car's whereabouts. After discussions with Opel headquarters, both the dealership and Opel keep procrastinating and providing false information. They even arranged insurance for my unused car without informing me. No one is giving any information, and despite knowing where the car is, they refuse to respond. I urgently demand attention to this matter. It's unacceptable to leave people stranded and uninformed.
