I Lost Money on My Skoda Elroq Order After Tax Price Change and No Invoice Issued

I would like to express a serious grievance. I placed an order for a Skoda Elroq at the İzmir Alsancak dealership a week ago, and since then, I’ve been trying to make the payment. However, no invoice has been issued despite my repeated efforts. When I mentioned that I found the same model available at the Aydın dealership, I was told that the demand had already been logged in İzmir and I wouldn't face any grievance.
Last night, due to a sudden ÖTV (Special Consumption Tax) regulation, they promised to issue the invoice today. But instead, they informed me that the price had increased due to the new regulation. This is deeply unfair. I sold my own car at a loss to afford this new vehicle and was repeatedly assured that there would be no issues. Now I’m left without a car and with less money.
I used every financial resource I had to buy this vehicle. It’s incredibly disheartening to end up in this situation despite doing everything right. I urgently request that Skoda or the dealership offer a fair solution. I truly need this to restore even a shred of trust and hope.
