In June 2024, I purchased a New Holland T5-110 model tractor from the Nevşehir dealership. About 15 days after the purchase, the tractor showed a traction error, stopped responding to throttle input, and broke down in the field. The dealership took the tractor to the service center, and after about three days, they said it was repaired and returned it to me. However, 15 days later, the same issue occurred again, and they took it back to the service center. This time, it remained in service for approximately two months, and they claimed to have replaced everything from scratch before returning it to me. However, in October, the tractor displayed the same issue once again. Previously, when the tractor broke down, the dealership provided us with a replacement tractor so we could continue our work. But for this last breakdown, they did not provide a replacement tractor, leaving me unable to sow my fields, which remained empty. The seeds and fertilizers I purchased were left unused in storage. As a result, I suffered significant losses. Initially, the dealership assured us, saying, 'This tractor belongs to us, and we’ll do whatever it takes.' However, later, they failed to stand behind their product. When I went to the service center, the sales manager, A*** confronted us aggressively and tried to attack us. Other employees had to intervene to separate us. Currently, the tractor is parked in front of the dealership. Should I lament the money I spent or the empty fields I couldn’t show? I am completely at a loss about what to do!
