Umingle Banned After One Message Asked to Pay to Unban

July 19 7:09 AM2

I have been using Umingle and a short while ago I was banned from the platform. The ban happened today, just a few minutes before I wrote this complaint. The only thing I did was type the word “deepthroat” in the chat to tell someone the name of a song. I did not intend to offend, harass, or break any rules, and I now understand that typing certain words can be seen as inappropriate. I will avoid doing this again and, if needed, I will refer to such content without explicitly writing the word. Right now, when I try to access my account, I see a “You are banned” message and a screen asking me to pay 9.99 USD to remove the ban. I find it very upsetting that I was banned for this single message and that I am being asked to pay to regain access to my account. I kindly request that my Umingle account be unbanned without any payment requirement, as this was a one‑time, unintentional violation. I would like my access to the platform to be restored and, if possible, for you to review how such bans are applied in similar situations where there is no harmful intent.
