BP Gas Station Ruined My Hyundai Tucson
On July 29, 2023, I stopped at the Kiliccioglu BP station on the Izmir-Istanbul highway to fill up my Tucson with diesel. To my dismay, my car's fuel warning light illuminated just 15 minutes after refueling, indicating the presence of water in the fuel. Spending more than 36 TL for contaminated fuel from a reputable brand like BP is a huge letdown. I am demanding an explanation from BP officials about this incident. How could such a trustworthy company allow water to contaminate their fuel, causing significant damage to my vehicle? This experience has deceived and disappointed me. In addition, I anticipate prompt compensation for financial losses incurred as a result of the contaminated fuel. My faith in BP has been shaken, and it is critical that they address this issue and make amends for the inconvenience and costs incurred.

I found out that the light was on because of lack of ad blue. As son as es added ad blue light turned off. Unfortunately the service misled me telling that the light was due to watered gas. I am sorry and yet Happy to i keep my confidence on BP.
