Umingle Wrongly Banned for Age Verification Asked to Pay 79.99 EGP
On 19 July, my Umingle account on Android was suddenly blocked with the message “تم حظرك”. The blocking screen shows a blocking ID “67b456a2” and states that the reason is being under 18 years old, which is not correct because my real age is 20. On the same screen, there is also an option to remove the block by paying 79.99 Egyptian Pounds via Google Pay. I find it unfair to be asked to pay money to remove an age‑related block, especially when I already meet the age requirement. I request that my age verification be reviewed based on my real age of 20, and that my account be unblocked without any payment if there has been a mistake in the age assessment.
