On October 2, 2025, I purchased a pair of New Balance U9060 Block sneakers, size 38.5, from the New Balance Suadiye store, paying by credit card. I used the shoes for approximately two months, on an every-other-day basis, under normal city walking conditions. Despite this limited and standard use, tears developed on the inner heel lining of both shoes within a relatively short period of time.
After noticing this issue, I returned the product to your Suadiye store on December 12, 2025 for inspection. According to the information shared with me on December 16, 2025, the inspection result was negative, and it was stated that no manufacturing defect was found. Considering the duration, frequency, and manner of use, I believe this conclusion does not reflect the reality of the situation, and I do not accept that the deformation was caused by user error.
As a result, on December 24, 2025, I applied to your Suadiye store once again and completed the necessary forms and procedures for a second inspection request. In my opinion, a product deforming in this way within such a short time and under limited, normal use clearly points to a manufacturing or material-related issue.
Based on my trust in your brand and my expectations, I request that the tearing in the inner heel lining be re-examined in a more detailed and careful manner, and that, if deemed appropriate, a solution ensuring customer satisfaction—such as a product replacement or a refund—be provided.
