On February 29, 2024, I ordered New Balance men's size 45 shoes from FLO store (Updigo). They arrived without issues. However, after not wearing them for 15 days, I noticed peeling at the tips and cracking on the heels. I contacted FLO immediately, and they advised me to create a return request. I promptly complied and sent it back. However, I received a response stating that the return was rejected. This is completely unethical, and when I called for clarification, they simply denied responsibility. I haven't worn them for more than 15 days, and I feel cheated.
