10cric Has Not Credited My ₹1,999 Deposit After 8 Days

I made a deposit to my 10cric account on May 3, 2026, for an amount of ₹2,000. However, the actual amount deducted from my bank account was ₹1,999.38, and despite the payment being completed successfully, this amount has still not been credited to my 10cric account.

The transaction was completed with UTR number 301908277137, and it has now been 8 days without any resolution.

Since the issue began, I have sent more than 25 emails to 10cric and also contacted customer support through live chat multiple times. Every time, I was only told that the deposit is still “processing,” without receiving any proper explanation, estimated time frame, or meaningful update regarding where my money is or why the delay continues.

This ongoing situation is extremely frustrating because the funds have already left my bank account, yet I still cannot use the money in my 10cric account or recover it elsewhere. The complete lack of effective support and repeated generic responses have made the experience even worse.

I request that 10cric urgently trace and verify the transaction using the provided UTR number and immediately credit the ₹1,999.38 to my 10cric account without any further delay. If there is any technical issue preventing the deposit from being processed, I expect an immediate and clear resolution along with proper confirmation of what happened to my payment.
