On October 13, 2025, I ordered a pair of New Balance 574 sneakers from the official New Balance website, and I received them on October 17, 2025. I normally wear a size 43, but since the model runs small, I chose a size 44. I bought the shoes for daily use and have been wearing them regularly for 4–5 days. However, every time I wear them, I experience numbness and circulation problems in my toes. The front and upper parts of the shoes are extremely tight — even though there’s space at the toe — and they cause significant discomfort.
Additionally, I noticed a loose stitch on the side of the shoe from the very first time I wore it. Initially, I didn’t pay much attention, but it’s now clear that this is also a quality issue. There hasn’t been any visible damage yet, but I strongly believe this could be a manufacturing defect.
The website states that returns or exchanges are not accepted, but due to both health reasons and lack of comfort, it’s impossible for me to continue using this product. I paid $77 by credit card, and I request either a refund or an exchange for this pair.
My order number is nbı0203105400755.
I kindly ask that this issue be resolved promptly and that my grievance be addressed.
