I Face Severe Pain After Wearing My New Balance ML408DSD Lifestyle Shoes Once

On 31.05.2025, I purchased a pair of New Balance ML408DSD (42.5 size) Lifestyle model shoes from the Marmara Park store. I only wore them for a few short hours, yet afterward, I experienced serious pain in my feet, knees, and lower back. I believe this discomfort stems from the shoe’s design not being ergonomically compatible with my body.
Because the shoes caused such immediate and intense physical pain, I went back to the store to request a return. The shoes showed no damage and had only been worn briefly, yet the store refused my refund or exchange. Instead, they insisted on sending the shoes to New Balance’s Product Inspection Department.
On 24.06.2025, I was informed that the inspection found no manufacturing or material defect — and my request was denied. This is unacceptable. A product that causes physical harm after a single wear should not be dismissed so easily. Under the Consumer Protection Law No. 6502, this issue qualifies as a health-related grievance that should be taken seriously.
I demand either a full refund or a replacement. New Balance must acknowledge the harm caused by this product and act to resolve my complaint promptly. No one should have to endure pain from shoes they trusted would be safe and supportive.
