On October 27, 2025, I purchased a pair of New Balance 408 gray unisex sneakers (Order No: nbı0204304101738) from the official New Balance website. When I checked my order status on October 30, 2025, I noticed that the order had been canceled without my knowledge. When I contacted customer service, I was informed that although the product was listed as in stock, it was found to be defective during inspection, so it could not be shipped and my order was canceled. The amount I paid, $52, was refunded to me.
This was my first time shopping with this brand, and this experience was quite disappointing. I’ve also seen that many other customers have faced similar issues. Listing items that are not actually in stock and then canceling orders later causes both loss of time and trust.
I request that my grievance be addressed and that necessary measures be taken to ensure such problems do not occur again.
