From the moment I received the product, I noticed several issues that raised serious concerns about its authenticity. The shoes arrived without the standard product tag, and the box contents were incomplete, which immediately seemed suspicious.
Additionally, when I scanned the QR code on the shoebox, it did not redirect me to the official New Balance website. Instead, it only displayed random shoe images, which further increased my doubts. Given that I always buy original footwear and have never experienced such issues before, these irregularities made me question whether I received a genuine product.
I immediately attempted to contact New Balance for clarification. I sent an email, reached out via Instagram, and also called customer service, but unfortunately, I did not receive any response from the company through any of these channels. This lack of communication has left me even more frustrated, as I expect a global brand like New Balance to stand behind its products and provide transparency.
I am requesting an official confirmation regarding the authenticity of my New Balance ML408WS shoes. I also ask the company to provide a clear and written explanation. If the product is proven not to be genuine, I demand a full refund or replacement with an original pair. This issue needs to be resolved promptly to restore my trust in the brand.
