New Balance Canceled My Order Without Approval

I placed an order on New Balance’s official website on February 24, 2025 (Order ID: NBI019415580718), only to have it canceled without my request or approval. I received a notification stating, "Your cancellation request has been received and approved," even though I never made such a request. This is completely unprofessional! Because I relied on this order, I canceled other purchases, and now those items are out of stock as well. New Balance never provided an explanation, nor did they attempt to resolve the issue. This was my first purchase, and it will definitely be my last. New Balance, you need to fix this mistake and either restore my order or offer a proper solution!
