New Balance 650 Shoes Defective—Won’t Accept Return or Exchange

On May 31, I purchased a pair of New Balance 408 shoes from the official New Balance website. From the very first time I wore them, I started having issues. The shoes rub against my heel, causing painful blisters and wounds every time I wear them. In addition, the heel area tore and deformed after only a short period of use.
I tried contacting New Balance customer service by phone but couldn’t reach anyone. I also sent an email, but never received a reply. Although the product is still under warranty, there is no return option available in the online system. I continue to experience the same issue each time I wear the shoes, and the discomfort has made them completely unusable.
My order number is nbı019807180628. I request a full refund for the defective product and expect New Balance to resolve this issue promptly and end this ongoing inconvenience.

Shockingly, after only about 2 months of regular use, the front of the shoe started opening up, the leather showed deformation, and the printed logos wore off completely. For a produc...
