On April 4, 2023, I purchased a pair of New Balance MR530CB Lifestyle Unisex Shoes from the Marmara Park AVM New Balance store in Esenyurt, Istanbul. However, on May 15, 2024, I noticed a defect that was not caused by user error and took the shoes back to the store for inspection.
After evaluation, the store confirmed that the issue was not due to misuse. However, instead of providing a replacement, they claimed the product was out of stock and refused to offer an alternative solution. I waited for months, hoping the item would be restocked, but it never happened, leaving me without a resolution.
This situation is completely unacceptable for a brand like New Balance. I have also submitted a formal complaint to the Consumer Arbitration Committee to escalate the matter. I demand an immediate refund or an alternative replacement for the defective product. This issue must be resolved without further delay.
