Hello,

On 16.01.2024, the sole and inner part of my New Balance 530 shoes broke. I could only use them for 9 months, and they’ve been unusable since the 10th month. I cannot visit the New Balance Marmara Park store on 16.01.2025 to have my shoes examined. The result provided stated that the issue was a "customer problem."

Both shoes ripped in the exact same spot, clearly indicating a chronic defect. How can this be considered user error? Does the shoe come with a user manual? Or are you suggesting we count how many steps we take each day? This response is absurd. When I expressed my dissatisfaction, your staff said, "Go and explain your problem to the Consumer Arbitration Committee."

You are incredibly attentive when selling your products, enthusiastically promoting them, but when a problem arises, you don’t even spare 5 seconds to assist. It’s shocking that a brand like New Balance won’t stand behind its products.

I won’t let this issue go. Customers are not naive—we’re aware that a pair of shoes priced at 5,000 ₺ represents a significant amount of money for many people. Rest assured, I will escalate this matter through legal channels, starting with the Consumer Arbitration Committee.

As a Digital Advertising Operations Coordinator, I will make sure this disgraceful treatment gets the attention it deserves.
