New Balance Did Not Replace My Lifestyle Unisex Shoes Despite the Product Defect
On April 4, 2023, I purchased a pair of New Balance "Lifestyle Unisex Shoes" with the code "MR530CB." On May 15, 2024, I took the product to the store where I had bought it due to damage that was not caused by user error and requested an inspection. The inspection confirmed that the issue was not due to user fault. However, the product was not replaced because the same item was out of stock. Despite being assured that new stock would arrive soon, I waited for months, but the product never became available, causing me significant inconvenience. Additionally, I have completed my complaint application to the Consumer Arbitration Board regarding this matter.
