New Balance Customer Service Complaint – Treated Poorly at Store

On October 5, 2025, I purchased a pair of New Balance sneakers from the New Balance store at İstinyePark, Istanbul. The next day, I returned to the store requesting an exchange because there was an issue with the stitching. However, from the moment I entered the store, the staff acted extremely indifferent, making me feel as if I wasn’t even there. I had difficulty explaining my issue, and no one offered to help in any way.
This was my first experience with the brand, and the lack of customer care left me truly disappointed. It is completely unacceptable to judge or treat a customer based on their appearance or perceived financial status. I was there to make a legitimate purchase and did not deserve such treatment.
I request that store management warn the staff involved and take the necessary steps to ensure that similar incidents do not happen again. Additionally, I would like to receive an apology for this negative experience and request that a responsible representative contact me regarding the matter.
