New Balance 574 Uneven Color Fading After Six Months

I purchased a pair of New Balance 574 sneakers from the official New Balance store in Malaysia. After about six months of use, I noticed that the colour on one side of the shoe had faded to a lighter grey, while the other side remained normal. This uneven fading makes the shoes look defective and not in line with the quality I expected from a New Balance product. I contacted the store about this colour fading problem, but I did not receive any helpful support or solution from them. I am disappointed that such an issue occurred in a relatively short time and that my concern was not properly addressed. I kindly request that New Balance review this situation and offer an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, repair, refund, or any fair form of compensation they consider suitable.
