New Balance 574 Defective – Front Torn After Only 3 Months of Light Use

In June, I purchased a pair of New Balance 574 sneakers from the Ümraniye Meydan Mall store. Even though I only wore them on weekends and for about three months in total, by September, the front part of the shoes had torn in two different places. It’s extremely disappointing that a pair of shoes worn so lightly could get damaged in such a short time. I’ve never experienced such a problem even with lesser-known brands.
When I purchased the product, no warranty or return policy was mentioned, and I haven’t yet contacted the store about the issue. However, the fact that the shoes wore out this quickly clearly indicates poor product quality. I paid $163 for these shoes, and I certainly didn’t expect to face such a problem.
I request that New Balance replace my damaged sneakers as soon as possible.
