Agoda Flight Booking Missing After AMEX Payment

I booked a flight ticket from Bali to Vietnam through Agoda for travel between 22 May 2026 and 26 May 2026, but I have not received any booking confirmation and the booking ID does not seem to exist. During the purchase I accidentally entered the wrong email address, so I never got the confirmation details and I am now unable to access or manage my booking. The name on the booking is Mauricio B*** G*** and the email address I intended to use is ba***[email protected]. I may have entered an incorrect email such as barr***[email protected] or mauricio***[email protected] by mistake. I paid for this ticket by AMEX credit card on 6 May 2026 for approximately 6,000,000 IDR, and the amount has been charged to my card. I have tried to get help through Agoda’s new AI customer support system, but there is no effective way to reach a human customer representative and I have not received any useful response or solution. I am currently unable to retrieve my booking, see the booking ID, or confirm that my flight is actually reserved, despite the payment being completed. I kindly request that Agoda urgently locate my flight booking using my name, dates, route, and payment details, and send the full booking confirmation and ticket information to my correct email address, which is bar***[email protected]. If for any reason the booking cannot be found or activated, I request that the transaction be cancelled and that a full refund of 6,000,000 IDR be issued to my AMEX card.
