Parimatch Deposit Locked In Bonus Balance After Cancellation

On 5 May 2026, I deposited 500 into my Parimatch casino account. After the deposit, this amount was not added to my real balance as I expected, but was instead transferred to the bonus balance and marked as “temporarily locked by bonus” so I have been unable to use it in casino games as I intended. I carefully followed the steps provided to cancel the bonus and removed the bonus from my account, but despite this, my 500 deposit is still not active and continues to appear as locked under the bonus balance. The transaction was made via UPI, and I can see this locked amount both on the Parimatch website and in the mobile application. I contacted Parimatch customer support about this issue, but I did not receive any effective or clear solution, and the problem is still ongoing. I request that my 500 deposit be immediately released as an active real balance in my Parimatch casino account so that I can use it normally, or that the situation be clearly explained and resolved as soon as possible.
