No Invoice After 1.5 Months: Denied Samsung Wallet Reward

I purchased a Samsung QE5585FAUXTK television on 23 March 2026 from a physical Samsung store in Kocaeli, Turkey, where the order was processed online through the store’s system. There is no technical issue with the TV itself. The problem is that Samsung has still not sent me my invoice, and because of this I have been unable to benefit from the ₺6,000 Samsung Wallet campaign reward, which expires today. Since the date of purchase, I have been trying to obtain my invoice for about 1.5 months. I have already paid the full amount of ₺72,000, yet I still do not have an invoice for this purchase. I have contacted Samsung customer service and the solution center multiple times. Each time, I am told that the issue has been resolved and that the invoice will be emailed to me the next day, but these promises are never fulfilled and I am simply left waiting. As of today, I still have not received my invoice. Because Samsung has delayed issuing and sending my invoice despite my repeated attempts, I have been prevented from claiming my ₺6,000 Samsung Wallet campaign reward before its expiry. I find it unacceptable that I am being penalized for a delay that is entirely Samsung’s responsibility, even though I have paid the full amount and have done everything required from my side. I request that my invoice for this purchase be sent to me immediately today by email and that the ₺6,000 campaign reward be loaded into my Samsung Wallet unconditionally, even though the campaign expires today, since the delay is solely due to Samsung’s failure to provide the invoice on time. My records can be easily found through my name and phone number, which I have used in all my previous communications with Samsung customer service.
