I bought the New Balance 610 model from Sneaks Up six months ago. However, the upper part tore on its own. I returned it to the store, and they sent it to the center for inspection. While my shoes were being checked, they went on sale, so my spouse bought the same model from Sneaks Up. My shoes were returned, claiming user error. Now, my spouse's shoes have torn in the same places. Athletic shoes aren't cheap these days, and it's frustrating when, despite no user error, the blame is shifted to the customer, and the expensive shoes you bought are returned without compensation. I hope our ordeal gets resolved soon.
