I purchased a pair of New Balance 408 sneakers about 8 months ago from Boyner.com.tr (Invoice No: BE02025000004058). Shockingly, after only about 2 months of regular use, the front of the shoe started opening up, the leather showed deformation, and the printed logos wore off completely. For a product sold as a premium sports shoe, this level of deterioration in such a short time is completely unacceptable.
I contacted Boyner customer service and the shoes were sent to New Balance for inspection. However, I received a rejection notice with no proper explanation, and the shoes were simply returned to me without repair, replacement, or any valid warranty clarification. The product is still under warranty, yet neither Boyner nor New Balance stood behind it.
I paid ₺2,400 for these sneakers, expecting durability and quality that match the price. Instead, the shoes became nearly unusable in less than a year. I firmly request a refund or replacement of my New Balance 408 shoes. I also expect the brand to take responsibility and provide a proper resolution rather than dismissing customer complaints.
