Request Cancellation Of Netshort Subscription

I am using Netshort’s service in Aiken, South Carolina, USA, and I have been trying to cancel my subscription for about a week without success. Despite my cancellation attempts, the subscription still appears to be active; there is no working option to complete the cancellation, and I am not receiving any proper response from customer service. I recently sent a message to customer service to request cancellation again, but I have not received any reply. In addition, Netshort has not sent me any email showing the charges or any other form of contact related to billing, which makes it impossible for me to properly track or verify what I am being charged for. I request that my Netshort subscription be cancelled immediately and that written confirmation of this cancellation be sent to me without further delay. I also want to be clearly informed about any charges that have been made during this period and not be billed any further after my cancellation request.

I will not thank them until I see that I'm no longer charged.
