Netshort Subscription Has No Cancel Button, Auto-Renewal Still Active

I have been using a Netshort subscription, and for the past two days, I have been trying to cancel it, but I cannot find any cancel button or option in my account. I have checked the menus and settings several times, yet there is no clear way to terminate the subscription. Since there is no visible cancellation option, I am worried that the automatic renewal will continue against my will. I have not yet contacted customer service, because I expect a basic process like cancellation to be easily accessible within the platform. I request that my Netshort subscription be cancelled immediately and that the automatic renewal be stopped without any further charges, and I would like written confirmation once the cancellation has been completed.
