Nescafe Promotion App Erased My Sweepstakes Entries Without Warning

I downloaded the Nescafe promotion app to participate in their sweepstakes and had accumulated nearly 20 entries. Despite keeping my session active, the app unexpectedly logged me out due to a timeout issue. When I logged back in, I discovered that most of my sweepstakes entries were gone.

This is extremely frustrating, as I participated in good faith and followed the process to earn these entries. Losing them through no fault of my own is unacceptable.
