I've been having an annoying issue with Nescafe's promotion. They have these codes inside their coffee packets that are supposed to entitle you to rewards, but it's all been a letdown. Instead of delivering the promised goods, they direct you to their "Neapp" dealers. When I approached them, they claimed they didn't have such a program. I've tried calling their complaint hotline a thousand times, but it's like shouting into the void; no one ever responds. What's more, they're selling each coffee packet for 5 TL, and these codes are labeled as "gifts," but there's no gift in sight. It's extremely frustrating, and I'm stuck in a loop.
