Nescafe Gift Codes Gone Missing

I've been having an annoying issue with Nescafe's promotion. They have these codes inside their coffee packets that are supposed to entitle you to rewards, but it's all been a letdown. Instead of delivering the promised goods, they direct you to their "Neapp" dealers. When I approached them, they claimed they didn't have such a program. I've tried calling their complaint hotline a thousand times, but it's like shouting into the void; no one ever responds. What's more, they're selling each coffee packet for 5 TL, and these codes are labeled as "gifts," but there's no gift in sight. It's extremely frustrating, and I'm stuck in a loop. Nescafe needs to improve its customer service and follow through on its promises.
