I have been using an Honor Magic Watch 2 46 mm and I am experiencing serious quality problems. Previously, the upper physical button of the watch fell off by itself without any impact, but the service center refused to process this under warranty and I had to pay for the repair. About one month after the watch was returned from this paid repair, fogging started to appear around the edges of the screen, even though there was absolutely no liquid contact. Currently the screen glass seems to be opening and there is constant fogging around the edges. This problem occurs all the time, not only after shower, rain or sports, but in normal daily use as well. Despite my careful use and lack of any liquid contact, the service again labeled the situation as “user error” and did not accept it under warranty, which I find unacceptable. I request that my Honor Magic Watch 2 46 mm be taken back into service, that the screen separation and fogging be repaired free of charge under warranty, or that my product be replaced with a new one free of charge, and that a permanent solution be provided so that this problem does not recur. I kindly ask for this issue to be re‑evaluated, for the unjust user fault decision to be corrected, and for my mağduriyet to be resolved as soon as possible.
