Nescafe Neapp App Fail

I just got the Neapp app to help me locate stores in my area that serve Nescafe coffee. The app displayed two nearby stores that were supposedly taking part in a promotion.

However, during my visit to both stores, the employees seemed to be unaware of any ongoing promotion and mentioned that they had not been chosen by Neapp. It appears that the app is mistakenly designating stores as participating without their awareness.

I felt let down and annoyed by this misleading information, considering the distance I had traveled to reach one of the stores. I downloaded the app with the intention of locating Nescafe, but the inaccurate information ended up being a frustrating waste of my time and energy.

It is important for Neapp to address this issue promptly and ensure that the app provides reliable information regarding the stores involved.
