Pepsi's Deceptive Campaign and False Promises
I am deeply disappointed with Pepsi's "Pepsi Kazandırıyor" campaign, as it has turned out to be nothing but a series of false promises, wasted time, and frustrating experiences with their customer service. Throughout the campaign, I have been consistently misled and given false information, leading to a significant waste of my time and energy. One of the major issues I encountered was the constant redirection and lack of a functioning "kazandırio" application, despite being repeatedly directed to download it. This misleading information caused unnecessary confusion and frustration, as I wasted valuable time searching for a non-existent application. To make matters worse, as the campaign draws to a close, I reached out to their customer service seeking clarification, only to be met with dismissive responses. They casually brushed off my concerns, stating that I had not suffered any losses and that my entry had been recorded. This lack of accountability and disregard for customer satisfaction is completely unacceptable. I kindly request Pepsi to prioritize customer satisfaction and take the necessary measures to rectify these issues promptly.
