My goal is to redeem the Ne'app app points I've accumulated. Through the Ne'app app, I was able to locate local retailers who were offering their products and services. No matter where I try, I always hear some excuse about how the system is down or they are out of stock. We don't understand why you're making us go through this if we can't use our points to make purchases. We have so many points; what are we going to do with them? Please follow the rules of the promotion and send me the items I ordered using the bonus points I earned.
