On March 17, 2025, I purchased two pairs of shoes from Asics. One of them has already developed visible tears on the upper material. I submitted a request for inspection on June 24, 2025, but it was quickly rejected without any resolution. The shoes have only been worn once a week—extremely light usage—yet they began tearing in under three months.
Given how infrequently I’ve used them, it’s obvious that the damage stems from a defect in the product itself, not from user misuse. No shoe should show this level of wear with such limited use, especially from a brand that claims to focus on performance and durability.
My case was logged under the reference code 1-26091, and I am requesting that it be reviewed again. I expect my complaint to be taken seriously, and I demand that Asics take responsibility and either repair, replace, or refund the defective item.
I’m disappointed in how this was handled and urge the company to resolve this issue promptly to prevent further loss of customer trust.
