Columbia Shoes Torn and Damaged Within Months, Replacement Request Denied

I purchased a pair of Columbia shoes on March 14, 2024, and was shocked when they developed tears on the upper part and showed signs of wear in various areas after only a short period. I submitted them for inspection at the store on October 13, 2024, hoping for a replacement. However, on October 17, 2024, I received a response stating that the damage wasn’t due to a material defect, and my replacement request was denied. It’s clear that the damage isn’t from regular use. I trusted Columbia for quality, but this experience has been disappointing. I request that Columbia address this issue promptly and resolve my grievance.
